Shipping & delivery policy

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During busier periods processing may take an extra day; we will email you if there is a notable delay.

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Indicative transit times after dispatch:

Standard shipping is free on orders of $55 USD or more (after any discounts, before taxes). Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

When your order ships we email a confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier, where tracking is available for your destination. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, email support@kgmph.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect or incomplete address, or it was unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur a further shipping charge. If you prefer to cancel, we will refund the item value less the original outbound shipping cost.

Prices shown are exclusive of any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply in the destination country. Where charged, these are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority. We cannot calculate these in advance.
