Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship across the United States. Free standard shipping on orders over $55.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. We don’t ship to PO boxes for larger items such as carts and racks. If you need delivery outside the US, email support@kgmph.shop before ordering.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days(Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are in addition to processing time and begin once your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or remote locations.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or lost parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us a photo within 30 days. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
- If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your parcel, check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can open a claim.
Undeliverable & refused parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery), we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-shipping fee may apply where the return was not our error.
Taxes & duties
For US deliveries, any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. For the rare approved international order, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
