What do you sell?+
Plain, unbranded household paperwork organisers — folders, labels, receipt wallets, document boxes, inbox trays and starter bundles. Everything is a generic physical product. We do not offer any services, installation or trade work.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices and charges on this store are in US Dollars (USD).
How much is shipping?+
Standard worldwide shipping is a flat $6 USD and is free on orders over $55. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for transit times by region.
How are payments handled?+
Payments are processed securely off-site by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. All charges appear in USD.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. See the Returns & Refund Policy for the full process.
Do you take bulk or trade orders?+
Yes. Offices, property managers, hospitality and resellers can request a written quote and lead time on our Bulk & Trade page.
