Refund & Return Policy

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused items.

Our promise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

How to start a return

  • Email support@kgmph.shopwith your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • We’ll reply with a return address and simple instructions within two business days.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are made in USD for the price of the returned goods. Original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or we made an error.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund including any shipping you paid — your choice. You do not pay return postage in these cases.

Hygiene & condition exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain items can only be returned if they remain sealed and unused. This applies to items that come into close contact with laundry or skin, such as wool dryer balls and mesh wash bags, once opened. This does not affect your right to return a faulty item.

We cannot accept returns of items that are:

  • Used, washed, assembled beyond inspection, or wall-mounted.
  • Missing parts, labels or original packaging.
  • Returned more than 14 days after delivery (change-of-mind).

Bundles

Bundle items are returned as a complete set. We cannot refund individual pieces from a discounted bundle unless one arrived faulty.

Cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us and we’ll cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
